She is curious.
In July 2019, Grace travelled to Dublin, Ireland to attend the Festival of Curiosity. Along with her peers, she explored the future of how we work, play and learn. Her background in Industrial Design leads her to always ask and explore questions from the perspective of the end user and to experiment (fail fast) to find an even better solution.She has candor.
Silence is the enemy of innovation. Grace is a friendly extrovert, who is inspired by the talent that surrounds her. Over the years she has cultivated strong relationships with vendors, clients and fellow colleagues striving to provide the highest level of professionalism and service. Soliciting and listening to feedback has helped her continue to become a better version of herself. What she learns, she passes on hoping to inspire others.She has grit.
Her superpower is tenacity. She was not a straight A student in grade school, but when faced with a challenge Grace will use her resourcefulness to find a solution, and then find an even better alternative solution. She can redirect and adapt to changing priorities while championing the team around her. A few late nights is not a problem.She is a master of design.

Grace is a multi-disciplinary designer with a range of experience working in the 3D environmental space, brand development, traditional print and digital design. Design is in her DNA and she is driven to ensure products and services are accessible to all. Most recently, she has completed a certificate in UX Design - this has since influenced the way she approaches her design thinking to improve the user and customer experience.She is a team player.
Grace likes to surround herself with inspiring people who will always encourage her to grow from good to great. Her eagerness to learn and pass on exciting new knowledge will make her an excellent addition to spark*’s creative team!
